When you drink Lambrusco, you are drinking a wine that was enjoyed by the Romans of the Roman Empire. The Romans adored Lambrusco. It was easy to grow, high yielding, and very popular.

During production it is double fermented only with natural (grapes, must) materials. Lively, fruity and harmonised taste characterizes. Lambrusco is one of the best companion to Italian cuisine.
